Summerland. The Bistro is positioned in the wine
shop area.

the many wines that Sumac Ridge Estate Winery produces
before, during, or after they enjoy a delicious meal
featuring the culinary creations of Executive Chef
Neil Schroeter and Sous Chef Michael Switzer.
