Harvest Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes were carefully selected for harvest from our award-winning Black Sage Vineyard in the heat of the south Okanagan.

Winemaking This luxurious blend was stainless steel fermented for 60 days after being left on the skins for 6 days. It was then barrel aged for 40 months in 50% American oak and 50% French Oak.

Winemaker's Notes A glorious port style blend of 33% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Cabernet Franc. It has substantial aromas of caramel, dried fruit and prunes. The flavour profile consists of intense prune and cherry flavours with a soft, tannic finish.
